I have been practicing law serving the small and midsized business community for the past twenty-five years. I have offices at the Cortex Innovation Community in St. Louis, Missouri and the Innovation Capital Factory in Austin, Texas. My clientele range from start-up businesses to mature companies with 100 plus years of business experience. I have clients in numerous states and international locations primarily in Latin America.
